US Airways Honors Our Military

This Memorial Day weekend, US Airways will partner with CNN networks to recognize the work of Fisher House Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides temporary residence for families of patients receiving major medical care at military and Veterans Administration centers. Over the holiday weekend, CNN will run promotions across all platforms encouraging their audience to donate frequent flier miles to the “Hero Miles†program and US Airways will match all Dividend Miles donated during this timeframe.
Through the US Airways Miles of Hope® program, the flying public may donate Dividend Miles to four national non-profit organizations, including Angel Flight, American Red Cross, Fisher House Foundation and Make-A-Wish Foundation at usairways.com. More than 451 million miles have been donated to these four nonprofit partner organizations since the Miles of Hope® program began in 1998. Mileage donations are accepted in 1,000 mile increments.
