Go! Airlines’ (an airline in Hawaii and subsidiary of Mesa Airlines) lawsuit against Mike Uslan who is affiliated with DontFlyGo.com was dismissed in a Phoenix court a couple days ago due to a jurisdiction problem. Dontflygo.com accuses Mesa Airlines for poor customer service and mistreating their employees.
Mike Uslan is a pilot of Aloha Airlines. He says he is not affilated with the website at all. Mesa’s complaint by Uslan says “alleges trademark infringement, unfair competition, false representations… (and) false advertising”. (From KGMB9)
Go! continues to be one of the biggest controversies in the airline industry and especially in Hawaii. Most people in Hawaii are not pleased with Go! and they continue to oppose it. I hope Mesa realizes this is a free country, and we are able to voice our opinions. I hope this is not their basis for trying to find something wrong with the website and filing these lawsuits. Uslan believes Mesa will file another lawsuit against him in Hawaii this time.

I got your blog linked to mine now. Thanks for the story.
