Day 4 of 4 Complete…..
Another early morning start yesterday with a 5 am report time at the airport in Hilton Head. We got done around 5pm last night. It was a very beautiful morning taking off from Hilton Head. There was definitely a few Kodak moments as we were flying along! I always enjoy taking pictures of the beautiful sunrises and especially as it creates different lightning on the clouds early in the morning. We had 5 flights today and the flight number 6 was a deadhead (ride in the back of the airplane) back home to end the trip. Yesterday, all we did was 5 Hilton Head flights. The airport on the island is an extremely neat airport as it is surrounded by trees on all sides and only a 4300 foot runway. To give a comparison to another airport, Charlotte International Airport a runway that is 10, 000 foot long. Below, is a pic showing the airport of Hilton Head. The aircraft is landing on runway 21.
