Fly With Me!!

What a beautiful morning it was flying out of Hilton Head at 6 am! I kept waking up all night in the hotel to extremely loud cracks of thunder and bolts of lightning. Thanks to the thunderstorms, it created a breath taking view of the sunrise this morning! I hope you enjoy these pictures I took this morning as much as I did.

Today was suppose to be a pretty easy day. We left Hilton Head real early this morning. When we got to Charlotte we had a couple hour sit before we did two Hilton Head round trips then we deadhead back home (seems like thats all I have been doing is flying to Hilton Head the past couple days!). After sitting around an hour in Charlotte, our first Hilton Head round trip got canceled. I then was reassigned to deadhead up to Lynchburg and fly back to Charlotte. After those legs, I had a Hilton Head round trip, and then I had to deadhead home when I got back to Charlotte. Here is what my scheduled looked like today…

HHH - CLT
CLT - HHH - CLT (Canceled)
CLT - LYH (DH)
LYH - CLT
CLT - HHH - CLT
CLT - EWN

Everyday is always something exciting! It never seems like your follow your original scheduled trip. Before each trip, you get a crew card of all the legs you are suppose to fly over the days of your trip. Right now, those crew cards just seem like a guideline. They are always changing! Well, here is a couple more pics from this morning’s sunrise! Enjoy!

I agree with Ross, that “above the cloud” shot is stunning. The lighting is fantastic, too. Thanks for posting it.

I don’t think those pictures could have gotten any better! It was a very beautiful morning! I turned to my captain and was like, this is a kodak moment!
