Fly With Me!!

When the weekend starts, it is back to work. That is the way it always feels. I can’t complain after having 4+ days off in a row. It definitely has been nice. For all of those Harry Potter fans, I hope you are enjoying the new Harry Potter book! I stood in a line at Barnes n Noble for a few hours last night with one of my friends to pick up the last book. It is absolutely unreal how many people have that much support and devotion for a series of books. As for me, I just started reading the first book and want to try to read them all even though I have seen all the movies.

The schedule for today starts around 1.40 p.m. and gets done a little after 9 p.m. tonight. It is the first of a three day trip.

I watched people standing in line on TV to be the first to get the latest Harry Potter book.
Today I was at a local Wal Mart. They had tables set up with lots of copies of the book. And no one in sight getting a copy….

I’m just starting to watch the first Harry Potter movie, trying to catch up before watching the latest show. Haven’t even started on the books yet!

Anyway, I’ve been enjoying reading your blog, keep it up!

    Hey David -

When I was at Barnes n Noble, they had probably at least 1000 books or more. I am sure we could have went early this morning and got a book when the store opened. They produced enough for the demand unlike video game system sells. I read on the net they sold around 12 million copies of the book in just the US!!
