Fly With Me!!

VA Logo I am continuing to be fascinated how Virgin America is trying to change the way people fly! I found a short 1 minute video of some of the new features of the passenger cabin of the Airbus. If you love technology the way I do, then this is definitely going to be something for you. You are able to pretty much do anything you want on the touch screen panel on the seat in front of you. You can listen to music, watch movies, buy food, and I even heard maybe Google maps? The inside cabin is also going to have mood lighting for the time of day! Take a look at the short video clip!

First Look at the Inside of Virgin America’s Passenger Cabin

Now it’s your turn to talk! Are you just as fascinated at myself?

This little screen in front of the passenger’s seat is cool - it’s really not entertaining sitting there on long distance flights so offering different things the passenger can do during the flight is a great thing!

reminds me of the personal video screen gizmo they had on the EVA Air flight i took last year to Thailand. it’s great getting a selection of movies to watch.

I love stuff like this. If only I had a reason to go on an airplane. I’ve never flown…yet. This August, i am going to fly to California (out of STL). I am getting pretty psyched.

Absolutely, but it won’t be until the middle of August (leaving the 17th). It will be a rather short trip (come back on the 20th). I can’t wait because not only have I never flown, but I haven’t been to California either.

If it didn’t take a day and a half to drive it, I think I would have rather done that because I’m sure there is plenty to see on the way there *VEGAS BABY!!!*.

But I will keep you informed. I will probably e-mail you when it happens.

Sweet Spaceman! You will enjoy the flight and believe me, it’s soooooooo much better than driving..but stopping by Vegas on the way home might have been worth it :)
