This morning I was listening to the news and the security breach at Charlotte International Airport caught my attention. A man was able to get around security and quite possibly board a flight. All the concourses at Charlotte were shut down and planes were being searched before they were able to take off.
After searching, there was roughly about 10 planes that took off before they shut down the airport. It was quite possible the man was on one of those flights. Once those planes land, they will be searched before all the passengers are able to get off.
That is all I have heard right now. I don’t know if they have found the man yet or not. If I hear anything as I fly into Charlotte today, I will try to post something.
Now it’s your turn to talk! Were you at Charlotte this morning when the security breach happened? Do you have any thoughts on the news out of Charlotte this morning?

I do not live in America so I cannot help
But security breahes in airports is bad business.
Yeah, I agree with Ross. Did you see the other day a man passed through security with a monkey on his hat? They found the lil monkey with him after landing!
Hi… enjoyed the read… i wanted to learn to fly in Australia many years ago but i regret not learning now… funny enough i now learnt to scuba dive instead and am now a teacher too, opposite ends of the world to you now..
So did you hear anything else about this case in Charlotte?
Hey Simon - That is totally opposite ends! Glad you are doing something you enjoy! Thanks for stopping by!
Did you hear anything else about this?? As a pilot?
