PJi Partners with Motrec to Expand Electric Vehicle Lineup
Pilot John International® (PJi) is proud to announce its partnership with Motrec as an authorized distributor of Motrec electric industrial vehicles for the aviation industry. Motrec's fully customizable, all-electric vehicles are purpose-built for aviation applications – including aircraft baggage handling, waste hauling, personnel transportation, equipment towing, and general ramp and hangar maintenance – and are backed by a three-year warranty.
The Motrec lineup complements PJi's existing Eagle Tugs offerings, positioning the company as a comprehensive source for aircraft ground support vehicles. Customers can now find Eagle's trusted towing and pushback tugs alongside Motrec's electric baggage tugs, personnel carriers, and stock chasers – all in one place. The addition of Motrec's all-electric vehicles also furthers PJi's ongoing commitment to sustainable, environmentally responsible ground support operations.
Motrec vehicles are available with a range of aviation-specific options, and the PJi team is equipped to recommend the right configuration for corporate flight departments, MROs, FBOs, OEM manufacturing plants, and airlines. The Motrec MC-480, for example, is designed to tow baggage carts, lavatory and water carts, oxygen and nitrogen carts, and engine stands. Personnel carriers provide efficient people-moving on the ramp, in hangars, and across manufacturing facilities, while stock chasers keep aircraft parts, wheels, brakes, and other essential items moving quickly to mechanics wherever they're working.
