Work with internal and external teams to develop and execute advertising and marketing initiatives, enhance the PJi website to promote the company and its services, acquire leads, and support sales efforts at all stages of acquisition from inquiry to support. PJi seeks an experienced Customer Success Representative for our Greenville, NC headquarters to support our mission of providing exceptional customer service. As integral members of the PJI team, Customer Success Representatives interact with and support our business aviation customers throughout the world. Creating and maintaining user-friendly online content, web pages and applications to ensure accuracy and currency of product offerings to support customer satisfaction is a company goal and a priority of the Carolina GSE Software Engineering team.
Interns at PJi can work on a variety of projects to help provide support to customers while advancing the company’s mission. The recruitment process aims to match students with teams and projects that best fit their areas of interest and experiences for a specified duration of time. Assignments are based on the company’s current needs, but most often include repair services, hands-on involvement and assisting with various tasks and projects.
