The Champion Aerospace CT-475AV is an aircraft spark plug cleaner and tester.

Champion Spark Plug Cleaning

Two flexible rubber adapters handle 45.9" (14 mm) and 59" (18 mm) plug types.

Champion Spark Plug Testing

Steel adapters of 45.9" (14 mm) and 59" (18 mm) are standard equipment and are conveniently stored on the top of the cleaner for ready availability.

Champion Aviation Spark Plugs – Additional Information

The Champion Spark Plug Cleaner & Tester is molded of rugged ABS plastic for durability, oil resistance, and easy cleaning. The included aluminum base frame permits easy mounting to a workbench and quick removal. 

The solid-state ignition system produces a stable ignition test voltage, providing greater accuracy and reliability. A lack of moving parts eliminates the major cause of tester failures. Cleaning is accomplished via a dry-abrasive air blast, which quickly and effectively removes conductive deposits.

All compressed air – for both cleaning and testing – passes through a built-in automatic water trap to stop harmful airline moisture.
