The Sesame KPC4-625-3 Pitot Probe Cover is a triple-layer DuPont™ Kevlar® sleeve engineered for pitot tubes measuring 0.625" in diameter and 3.00" in length. Manufactured for superior protection across commercial, military, and business aviation platforms, this cover is built to withstand repeated ramp exposure, harsh weather, and high thermal cycles.

- Triple-layered DuPont™ Kevlar® and polyaramid construction prevents scratching and abrasion
- Working temperature of 850°F (454°C); heat tested to 1,150°F (621°C)
- Water-repellent lamina with chemical and abrasion resistance
- Metal-free and low particulate—safe for cleanroom and sensitive airframes
- Factory-set pull-off resistance for consistent, secure retention
- Pole installable/removable via reinforced loops
- Includes NAS1756-approved “REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT” streamer with part number
