The Sesame KPC6-EX-420-3 Kevlar® Pitot Probe Cover delivers premium protection for pitot tubes measuring 0.420" in diameter and 3.00" in length. Designed for use on commercial, military, and business aircraft, this patented cover combines the strength of DuPont™ Kevlar® with high-temperature silicone to withstand harsh environmental exposure, reduce FOD risks, and integrate with Sesame’s Safety Lanyard System.

- Constructed from non-melting, multi-layer DuPont™ Kevlar® and high-temp silicone
- Heat tested to 1,150°F (621°C); continuous use at 850°F (454°C)
- Flame-retardant, chemical-resistant, and water-repellent exterior
- Soft and flexible body ensures a tight fit without scratching the pitot probe
- Silicone head designed for pole installation using the IPEX Pitot Installation Adapter
- Includes NAS1756 “REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT” warning streamer with part number identification
- Compatible with Sesame Safety Lanyard System via pre-fitted attachment points
