The KHC-4023 circulation kit allows operators to efficiently self-clean their hydraulic power unit (HPU) by circulating hydraulic fluid internally through the HPU’s 2-micron and 5-micron filtration system. By removing contaminants before they reach the aircraft, this kit helps reduce component wear, prevent system damage, and support continued airworthiness.

Designed for ease of use in maintenance environments, the kit connects the pressure and return hoses together, creating a closed-loop system that continuously filters hydraulic fluid. When not in use, the drip-proof storage port keeps hoses clean and prevents fluid loss, improving shop safety and cleanliness.

This circulation kit is intended for single-HPU systems and must be used in conjunction with the Tronair KHC-1011 Coupling Kit (sold separately).
