The KHC-4028 circulation kit enables self-cleaning of compatible hydraulic power units (HPUs) by connecting the pressure and return hoses together to create a closed-loop circulation path. Hydraulic fluid is continuously circulated through the HPU’s internal 2-micron and 5-micron filtration system, effectively removing contaminants before the fluid is delivered to the aircraft. This process helps reduce component wear, minimize the risk of system contamination, and enhance overall flight safety.

Designed for practicality in hangar and ramp environments, the kit includes an easy, drip-proof hose connection port that allows hoses to be safely connected when not in use, preventing leaks and keeping hydraulic fluid contained. The KHC-4028 is intended for single HPU systems and includes one circulation kit.

For proper installation and operation, this kit is compatible with the Tronair KHC-1008 and KHC-1008-A1 coupling kits (sold separately).
