The Brackett BDW-206JR Ground Handling Wheel Set is designed for Bell and Agusta Bell Jet Ranger helicopters with either high or low skids, including the military TH-67 Creek. This mechanical ground handling solution provides a stable and stress-reducing platform for towing by incorporating a dual wheel design that applies equal pressure to both sides of the skid tube. This reduces twisting forces commonly experienced with single-wheel systems, extending the service life of your skid tubes and enhancing safety during towing operations.

The BDW-206JR features a special cammed-out section that locks the wheels onto the skid tube pins, eliminating the need to drill or modify your aircraft. As the wheels are rotated into position, a spring-loaded L-pin automatically locks them in place, raising the aircraft approximately 3 inches. To lower the helicopter, simply pull the pin and walk the bar down. The system is entirely mechanical and includes one 48-inch operating bar.

Each BDW-206JR kit includes wheels for both sides of the helicopter and one handle bar. The system must be removed prior to flight and is shipped in two 14 x 19 x 27 inch boxes and one 52 3/8 inch tube, with a total weight of approximately 80 pounds.
