Ultra Copper Silicone is used in the installation or maintenance of the Real Gaskets Pushrod Tube Seal Kit (RG-200PR) for use in Continental engines: A-65, C-75, C-85, C-90, C-125, C-145, O-200, O-300, GO-300.
A pushrod tube replacement seal kit (RG-200-RS-1) and a replacement seal and washer kit (RG-200-RSW) for the RG-200PR Seal Kit are also available.

Ultra Copper® is a single-component, room temperature-vulcanizing gasketing compound designed to provide reliable “formed-in-place” gaskets for mechanical assemblies.
This material cures on exposure to moisture in the air to form a tough, flexible silicone rubber gasket. The product resists aging, weathering, and thermal cycling without hardening, shrinking, or cracking.
Ultra Copper® Maximum Temperature RTV silicone dries tack-free in one hour and fully cures in 24 hours. Cure times will vary with temperature, humidity, and gap.
Ultra Copper® should be stored in a cool, dry location in unopened containers at a temperature between 46°F to 82°F (8°C to 28°C) unless otherwise labeled. Optimal storage is at the lower half of this temperature range.
After initial use, create a silicone “plug” by allowing excess material to extend beyond the extension nozzle or aerosol tip to cure. This will seal and protect the remaining product from moisture. For reuse, simply remove the cured product from the tip.
Ultra Copper® is a silicone product that is copper in color. It does not contain copper or any other metal and is not electrically conductive.
