The Sesame KPC4-EX-640-35 Pitot Probe Cover is engineered for probes sized 0.640" in diameter and 3.50" in length. It features a rugged, triple-layer DuPont™ Kevlar® design that provides high thermal resistance and long-term durability for use in even the most demanding aviation environments.

- Triple-layer Kevlar® and polyaramid construction resists abrasion, heat, and chemical degradation
- Tested to 1,150°F (621°C); rated for continuous use at 850°F (454°C)
- Water-repellent, flame-retardant, and non-melting properties
- Metal-free and low particulate—safe for cleanroom or sensitive aircraft systems
- Installable and removable via built-in loops; NAS1756 warning streamer with part number printed
