The TPI 712 is a professional combustion efficiency analyzer that measures and calculates all key combustion parameters needed to optimize burner performance, reduce emissions, and document compliance. The 712 simultaneously measures CO (0-10,000 ppm), O2 (0-25%), and stack temperature, then calculates combustion efficiency, CO2, and CO air-free values for 10 selectable fuel types including natural gas, LPG, light oil, heavy oil, coal, coke, butane, and wood. The ability to test for combustible gases in the flue adds a safety diagnostic function. The built-in differential manometer measures draft and system pressure (-150 to +150 mbar), eliminating the need for a separate gauge. The rechargeable NiMH battery pack provides extended field use. At ±5 ppm CO accuracy and ±0.3% O2 accuracy, the 712 delivers the measurement confidence required for combustion optimization on aircraft ground support heating equipment and facility boilers.
