Need a Quote?
The USA Borescopes USA750J-4-1500 is an advanced joystick-articulating videoscope (1.5 m length) that offers a 3.9 mm probe with dual-camera imaging.
This HD-image-quality borescope has a probe length of 1.5 meters. The large 5" touchscreen is IP54 water-resistant and dust-resistant.
The durable borescope system stores securely in a custom-designed, heavy-duty case when not in use.
Designed for applications where high mobility is needed, the USA750J is lightweight, rugged, and provides high-resolution images and advanced imaging functions that enable technicians to fulfil their tasks in even the most challenging environments.
The USA750J's software includes a file management system that allows you to sort photos and videos into session folders. You can write notes or annotations and add them to your images. A compare function enables you to compare the live-view image to gallery images. You can also include logos and watermarks, as well as session tags. These functions make keeping track of all your inspections easy and convenient.
All USA750 insertion probes are tungsten-braided and waterproof up to 1 m deep for 30 minutes. The natural abilities of tungsten metal give these insertion probes increased heat (up to 100°C/212°F). The strength and density of tungsten extend the probes' lifespan significantly, protecting them from scratching or abrasions.
The bending angle is crucial to ensure maneuverability within the object and to enhance the field of view. Therefore, these insertion probes offer a shortened distal and a bending angle of up to 140°.
Videoscopes allow users to see inside the inspection area without having to disassemble or destroy the equipment, so users can identify problems early on and repair parts before they fail or cause critical damage. That is the primary reason why borescope cameras fall into the category of Non-Destructive Test Equipment.
The dual-camera tip on this mini borescope changes everything! No more lost or cross-threaded side-viewing tips. Just push a button and toggle between a front view or side view on the screen. Gone are the days of getting the probe tip exactly where you want it only to find out that you need to change tips. Simply push a button on the borescope control station and change views. With either view, you can modify the LED light output and capture videos or still images.
Benefits of Using Videoscopes for Maintenance and Quality Inspections
Videoscopes allow users to record high-definition images of the inspections, allowing for detailed inspection and analysis. Videoscopes with articulating insertion probes can reach confined and hard-to-reach areas, making what once seemed impossible to be the standard. The ability of the video borescope to detect issues early on helps to avoid costly downtime and ensures that equipment is operating smoothly.
USA Borescopes' videoscopes are water-resistant and chemical-resistant, making them ideal for inspecting in wet and harsh environments.
These videoscopes are easy to use, even for untrained personnel. This makes them valuable tools for maintenance, quality inspections, and troubleshooting. Their advanced imaging capabilities, ability to access difficult areas, and efficient inspection time make them the perfect tools for ensuring quality and performance of your specific inspection applications.
