Twin Commander 680FL: DMC Aircraft Tooling

The Safe-T-Cable is designed to prevent bolts, nuts, and other fasteners from loosening in environments with excessive heat and vibration, making it perfect for use on aircraft. In addition to installing three times faster than lock wire, Safe-T-Cable also produces stronger and safer results.

Developed and manufactured by DMC, this user-friendly tool guarantees a consistent installation with every use. Safe-T-Cable installations eliminate sharp edges, significantly reducing the risk of injury. It also minimizes repetitive motion injuries and foreign object debris (FOD).

Positioners are used in conjunction with crimping tools to facilitate the precise and efficient crimping of electrical wires and cables throughout the aircraft, including avionics systems, lighting systems, engine and flight control systems, and communication systems.

Crimping tool positioners accurately align and stabilize the crimping tool over the wire and cable during the crimping process, ensuring that the crimp die applies pressure evenly and consistently across the entire contact areas and creating a strong and reliable connection.
