The Artex FPT 8806 Field Programming Tablet Kit includes the tablet, software, FPT interface box, and applicable programming cables to program the Artex 345, 1000, and ME406 emergency locator transmitters.

NOTE: This programmer does not measure power or read the radio beacon transmission. The FPT 8800 series reads the internal memory and reprograms the ELT to approved Cospas-Sarsat protocols only. Dedicated avionics test sets, such as the VIAVI AVX-10K and the Laversab ARTS-7000, are capable of providing the required annual beacon power test. Please contact your local authority for ELT testing requirements for scheduled inspections.
