KUNZ 222.3000 – BTS NGtronic Aircraft Brake Test Stand with Conveyor System

The KUNZ 222.3000 BTS NGtronic is a next-generation aircraft brake test stand used to detect leaks in the aircraft brake or hydraulic pipes/hoses. This conveyor system model allows the integration into the existing conveyor system.

Additional Information

• The oil reservoir can be refilled easily using an electrical refilling pump which is included in the scope of the supply.
• The installed cycling test automatically performs pressure release and buildup. The number of cycles as well as the time intervals between release and buildup are freely adjustable via a digital keypad.
• Remote maintenance can be performed easily by KUNZ for fast and efficient troubleshooting.
• The BTS NGtronic unit also features a digital oil temperature and oil level display.
• The electrical pump is equipped with a pressure relief valve, a non-return valve, and a check valve.
• The BTS NGtronic further reports if a filter is contaminated and has to be replaced.
• The unique StepMatic function saves time during each testing procedure.
• Test sequences such as pressure settings, cycle test settings, and time intervals can be programmed into the machine by the operator according to the CMM of the specific brake.
• The BTS NGtronic goes through the program step by step, and the operator has to confirm and start each step by pressing a button.
• Up to 60 brake part numbers can be stored in the StepMatic function.
