The BP205S-UNU ships with the modular 18V battery-powered power head, the universal pump stem with integral adjusting sleeve, a 5-foot reinforced transparent 3/4" dispensing hose, an on-demand control nozzle dispensing gun, an 18V 2.0Ah lithium-ion smart battery, a cradle charger, and a drum bung adapter for standard 16-gallon and 55-gallon drums. A 10-foot hose option is available for technicians who need additional reach across larger drum-storage layouts. Drums are not included.

The BP205S-UNU pump stem includes an integral adjusting sleeve that lets a single stem fit both 16-gallon and 55-gallon drums without swapping hardware. Pulling the sleeve down extends the suction tube to reach the bottom of a 55-gallon drum, while collapsing it back accommodates the shorter depth of a 16-gallon drum. The result is one stem that covers the two most common drum sizes in aviation fluid management, with no separate SKUs or hardware swaps when a tech moves between drums.

While the BP205S-UNU is rated at up to 1.5 GPM, actual delivery depends on fluid viscosity and temperature. At 20°C (68°F), expect roughly 1 GPM for SAE40 lubricating oils, 0.5 GPM for SAE140 heavy gear oil, 1.2 GPM for ATF, and 1.5 GPM for engine coolant. Cooler shop temperatures will reduce output across the board, so plan accordingly for cold-weather ramp and hangar operations.
