The Malabar 877400B-1 Nitrogen & Hydraulic Strut Service Cart allows for faster and more convenient aircraft landing gear maintenance.
Suitable for all narrow and wide-body aircraft, this low-profile service unit dramatically reduces landing gear maintenance time.
While an aircraft equipped with dual-chamber struts may involve at least 10 hours for normal fluid and nitrogen service, the Malabar 877400B-1 accomplishes the same task in under 30 minutes!
The unit includes a fluid recovery system that allows you to either reuse or dump fluid from the aircraft strut.
The hydraulic system includes a fluid recovery circuit that filters and reuses the hydraulic fluid to eliminate costly fluid waste disposal.
For operations requiring new fluid refill service only, the unit includes a fluid dump circuit to an external waste connection that ensures only new fluid is used for refilling.
The unit is powered by normal shop air and onboard nitrogen bottles. For ramp operations, the unit is designed to use nitrogen in lieu of shop air to operate the hydraulic system.
The control console provides easy and convenient operation for all strut service procedures. All panel controls are conveniently placed and easy to operate.
