The Malabar International PF53361-8PWS is a purpose-built, 2-gallon (7.6L) petroleum-based fluid dispenser engineered for precision servicing of commercial aircraft. The dispenser ships fully assembled and ready to put into service after a simple fill-and-bleed procedure. Fill the reservoir at the fillport with your approved petroleum-based fluid, cycle the hand pump a few strokes to purge any air from the system, and the unit is ready to work. Operation is straightforward: connect the appropriate hose coupling to the aircraft service point, use full steady pumping strokes for replenishment, then disconnect, cap, and store.

At the heart of the system is a robust hand pump assembly delivering 100 PSI outlet pressure at 2.5 cubic inches (41 cc) per stroke — enough output for reliable fluid delivery while a factory-set relief valve at 125 ±10 PSI protects the aircraft service point from overpressure. A 1-micron nominal water stop filter assembly ensures that only clean, dry fluid reaches the aircraft, safeguarding hydraulic and fluid systems from contamination.
