The Nav-Aids CITC-5160RVSM is a replacement static hose kit initially included in the CITC-945 air data accessories kit for Cessna Citation aircraft.
This assembly attaches to the static fittings. The double-acting quick disconnects operate in the same manner as these on the pitot test hose assembly.
