The Sesame KPC3-750-55 Pitot Probe Cover is a high-temperature, Kevlar®-reinforced protective sleeve engineered for pitot probes measuring 0.750" in diameter and 5.5" in length. Designed for demanding aviation operations, this cover combines heat resistance, water repellency, and chemical durability into a single-layer solution that guards pitot tubes from contamination, foreign object damage (FOD), and ramp-related wear.

- Single-layered DuPont™ Kevlar® construction will not scratch or damage the probe
- Factory-set tight fit with pull-off resistance tested for consistent retention
- Water-repellent lamina resists moisture, rain, and de-icing fluid intrusion
- Heat tested up to 1,050°F (566°C); continuous working temperature of 800°F (427°C)
- Flame-retardant and chemical/abrasion resistant with metal-free, low-particulate design
- Includes pole-installable/removable installation loops for safe application
- Features NAS1756-approved red “REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT” warning streamer with part number ID
