Product Description

The TPI 9034 is a 4-channel online fixed vibration monitor for continuous condition-based monitoring of rotating machinery in aviation maintenance facilities and industrial operations. Each channel outputs a 4-20mA analog signal that connects directly to existing PLCs, DCS, or data acquisition systems. Eight digital outputs enable alarm relay triggering on configurable vibration thresholds. USB and Ethernet connectivity allows connection to VibTrend PC software for centralized monitoring and trend analysis of up to 64 modules simultaneously. Temperature and tachometer inputs supplement vibration data with thermal and speed context for root cause analysis of imbalance, misalignment, looseness, and bearing defects. Powered by 24VDC for compatibility with standard industrial infrastructure.
