Product Description

The TPI 9038 is the 8-channel version of TPI's Smart Vibration Monitor platform, doubling the capacity of the 9034 for monitoring larger machinery sets or more measurement points on complex equipment. Eight 4-20mA analog outputs feed vibration data directly into PLCs, DCS, or SCADA infrastructure. Eight digital alarm outputs trigger on configurable threshold crossings per channel. USB and Ethernet connectivity support VibTrend PC software for centralized monitoring and FFT analysis. Temperature and tachometer inputs provide contextual data for diagnosing vibration anomalies across aircraft ground support equipment, HVAC compressors, and industrial rotating machinery.
