The Tronair 01-1155-0000 is a custom towbar specifically designed for use on Dornier 228 aircraft.
This lightweight, multi-head towbar includes pneumatic tires in addition to casters at the tug end. There is an eyebolt at the towing end of the towbar which incorporates a spring to dampen shock loads as well as overload protection from the shear pin.

- Positive locking mechanism to the aircraft tow point
- Tension, compression, and/or radial shear protection incorporated where required
- Handles are provided to lift the towbar into position
- Unpainted surfaces are plated for corrosion resistance
