The Tronair 13-6605-6000 Ram Air Turbine (RAT) Actuator Adjustment Tool is used to adjust the RAT actuator rod end to achieve the proper stowed position preload. This tool is designed to be used in conjunction with the aircraft manufacturer's (AMM's) adjustment procedures for the actuator rod end.
The tool components are made from type 303 and 304 stainless steel that's passivated for corrosion protection and mounted to an anodized aluminum base. When not in use, the tool stows compactly in an impact-resistant ABS plastic box with a foam liner.
