This Tronair Hydraulic Power Unit (Series 5630 / 5631 (CE)) uses Skydrol or Hyjet fluid with an output of 34 gallons per minute on 60Hz and 28 gallons per minute on 50Hz. Output pressure is from 250 to 3500 psi (max). Quick Disconnects are available as an option for each particular aircraft (if needed). The CE compliant version is also available (please specify in the comments).

Question:
My Tronair HPU 56311EF3C will not start after the clogged filter light came on and the motor thermally shut down. I replaced the filters, but it still will not start. What should I do?
Answer:
After a thermal shutdown caused by a clogged filter, the motor overload relay trips as a safety measure. Simply replacing the filters is not enough — you must also reset the overload relay. Locate the overload relay (typically mounted near the motor contactor), press the reset button, and attempt to restart the unit. Verify that all fault indicator lights clear after the reset. If the unit still does not start, check input power to the contactor.
