Was well packed. The unit has not been used as of yet but looks to be in stellar condition.
The packing list was clearly viable and secured efficiently to the crate.
The poly wrap was thick - perhaps could have been double wrapped.
The crate was clean and not covered in advertising which would have been uncalled for and is convenient as we repurpose our crates to eliminate as much waste as possible. If your advertising was on the crate this make cause confusion for our clients.
Your invoicing was clear and the part labeled clearly.
