The Barfield DC400A Fuel Quantity Test Set is a compact, lightweight, and portable unit for use on aircraft with DC fuel quantity systems.
This completely self-contained, internal battery-powered tester is specifically designed – when used with the proper adapter module – to meet the requirements for testing and calibrating a wide range of aircraft DC fuel quantity systems, which can be serviced – and their component parts bench-tested – without additional harnesses or test equipment.
The interchangeable adapter modules customize the DC400A unit to interface directly with a specific aircraft without the need for an external adapter cable. The digital monitor function monitors the fuel quantity indicator/signal conditioner output directly in pounds, volts, ratio, etc., depending on the module.
