Great product so far. It does what is needed and price was pretty good for a new unit. Assembly was easy out the box, just be sure to use two people due to the unit being so heavy.

From start to finish, John at CGSE was extremely helpful. He reached out to the manufacturer trying to find the most efficient and economical way to get our unit working again. Unfortunately our unit was beyond repair so we had to buy a new unit. Makes you feel good when someone like John and CGSE goes the extra mile for you to find the best solution possible. The new unit we purchased is working great. We are using it mostly on Lears and Falcons with absolute satisfaction. Thank you CGSE.

Purchased for a G200 Gulfstream. Provides ability to do gear swings and majority of operational checks on aircraft. You will have to find something to raise unit when aircraft is on jacks.

We are very pleased with our Robomule 5000. We ordered it from CGSE. They provide excellent customer service. Item is exactly as described. Shipment was received in a timely manner. We use it when performing maintenance on small-midsize jets.

This is a must have for a maintenance shop that is doing a lot of jet work. This mule allows you to operate the hydraulic system without the possibility of introducing air into the system or cross contamination. Easy to use and lightweight. I would highly recommend this product.
