My experience with Pilot John was excellent! Cydney helped us acquire the Eagle EJP-3 and we could not be happier. She took the time to answer all our questions and did so in a timely manner. I would highly recommend giving Cydney at Pilot John a call.

So far so good! For the size it appears to be a good value. The charger is self contained which also seems like an attribute, in that if the unit is moved to another building down the way and needs to be charged, it can easily be plugged in. As far as delivery or expectations, we are happy at this point.

Hard working sales team found what I needed and completed the transaction seamlessly. The email communication kept me informed throughout the process. The eJP-3 is plenty capable of handling our C-560XL.

This tug does its job. We like that it has two different speed modes and can go faster than our older tug when needed. We did not realize that it would be a hand crank and not have a winch, so this isn't as efficient as we had hoped. We will be adding a winch to the tug. Overall, it works well and does its job.
