The Kell-Strom PWC32677-300 Engine Compressor Washer is recommended for use on Pratt & Whitney PT6, PW100, PW300, PW500, PW600, and PW900 aircraft engines.
The engine wash rig with certified gauges combines an engine compressor washer with an in-situ fuel nozzle cleaning circuit for Pratt & Whitney Canada engines.
The control circuit has a built-in pneumatic logic system that provides for full adjustment of the cleaning solution and rinses fluid pulsation rates needed during the fuel nozzle cleaning.
With the unit being mounted on a hand cart, the wash system is operated by a standard shop compressed-air supply or another suitable regulated pressurized air source.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
No, the PWC32677-300 does not have its own air supply. It is designed to be powered by a shop’s standard compressed-air supply or another regulated pneumatic source. Operators must ensure that their facility has suitably regulated air pressure to run the unit effectively.
The unit features a built-in pneumatic logic control circuit that allows full adjustment of cleaning solution and rinse fluid pulsation rates, including during in-situ fuel nozzle cleaning operations. That flexibility helps tailor washing cycles to different engines or contamination levels.
Yes, the PWC32677-300 comes complete with the necessary hoses to connect to the engine system. However, it does not provide a compressed-air source – this must be supplied by the operating facility.
The rig is trolley-mounted and self-contained, typically using two 15-gallon reservoirs – one for cleaning solution and one for rinse fluid. This dual-reservoir setup allows switching between wash and rinse cycles without additional fluid handling.
