KUNZ 223.4410 – BTS NEOtronic AUTO Automated Aircraft Brake Test Stand

The KUNZ 223.4410 BTS NEOtronic AUTO is an electronically driven aircraft brake test stand that allows ground-level access via a brake trolley. This is the automated version of the standard NEOtronic Aircraft Brake Test Stand. 

Key Features

• Due to the ground-level entrance of the BTS NEOtronic, an operator can drive the brake trolley – typically used for in-shop transportation – directly into the testing cabin, guaranteeing a more comfortable way to service the brakes.
• The unit's convenient, fully automated design prevents human errors, physical stress, and misuse while optimizing the process throughput times.
• Each brake and operator ID can be entered manually via the integrated touchscreen display or by using the included RFID cards. A barcode solution is also available upon request.
• The specially designed software guides and assists the operator through the complete brake test procedure in accordance with the CMM.
• The unit provides real-time information such as pressure buildup, release, and any occurring errors.
• All user, brake, and test data are documented and saved on the Siemens programmable logic controller. With a network connection, this data can also be stored on servers.
