The MCM 70000-30 is a 30-ft. aircraft cable for use with ground power units (GPUs) for military and commercial-style aircraft using a 28.5V DC connector/adapter. The individual power conductors are banded together at approximately 2-ft. intervals with nonmetallic bands.
The connector is solidly attached to the output end of the cable and the other end is supplied with lugs for easy mounting in the GPU. The cable assembly is composed of two 4/0 AWG single-conductor power wires. All conductors comply with MIL-C-5756 standards.
