The TPI WA102 Flap Transmission Test Kit is a purpose-built wireless vibration analysis solution designed specifically to support Boeing flap transmission inspection and troubleshooting tasks, including TASK-27-51-00-200-805, TASK-27-51-00-700-802, and TASK-20-10-76-700-809. This advanced kit enables maintenance technicians to accurately assess flap system health, identify vibration anomalies, and diagnose bearing, alignment, or looseness issues with confidence.

At the core of the WA102 kit are four WA101 Wireless Smart Vibration Sensors, delivering high-resolution, wide-frequency vibration data without the limitations of wired connections. Integrated magnets allow for fast, secure mounting directly to metallic structures, making setup quick and repeatable in real-world aircraft maintenance environments.
