Tronair 1190400CT3 / 1190400C1T3 90 kVA 400 HZ Diesel Aircraft GPU

The Tronair 1190400CT3 and 1190400C1T3 are 90 kVA 400 HZ towable diesel aircraft ground powers for use on the ramp or airport environment.

Engine

• Cummins QSB 4.5, 155 HP, 4 cylinder, Tier-3/EU Stage-3A engine operating at 2000 rpm
• 24 VDC battery system
• Electronic governor system (via the engine ECM)
• Intake manifold pre-heater for cold weather starting
• Electronic controlled engine ensures
• Operates on diesel or jet fuel

Displays/Instrumentation

• All engine and alternator parameters and faults are controlled, monitored and displayed using an advance digital GenSet controller with option to connect to a web-based server allowing for real-time central monitoring through the internet

Generator Protection

• Automatic voltage regulator tightly controls the voltage output to a ±0.5% accuracy of the voltage set point, response time is <4ms
• When a fault is detected, the enhanced automatic voltage regulator (EAVR) will disconnect the output cable from the airplane
• Voltage Disconnects Output:
  Over: between 124 to 126 volts in 1 second and 180 volts L-N in 50 ms
  Under: <104 L-N in 7 seconds
• Frequency Disconnects Output:
  Over: >420 Hz in 5 seconds
  Under: <380 Hz in 7 seconds

Generator Overload

• >125% rated load for 5 minutes
• >15% for 30 seconds
• >200% for 10 seconds
• >210% for 2 seconds
• Individual outputs 325 amps, 5 minutes, 90 kVA
