Question:
I need both single and double hold-down adapters. Are these already built into the cradle, or are they separate?

You likely won’t need a specific adapter for a single-wheel aircraft. These come standard with the eJP-10. The cradle, which can be positioned for single—or dual-wheel aircraft, is shown below.

Question:
What is the purpose of the aircraft selector on this unit?
Answer:

An aircraft's nose landing gear (NLG) is built to withstand a certain amount of force. Too much pulling force by the tug can damage the NLG.

The aircraft selector allows you to select the limit closest to your specific aircraft to prevent the NLG from getting overstressed during a push.

Consult the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) or Ground Handling Manual (GHM) for your aircraft to confirm its maximum push/pull limits.
