The Tronair K-4586 is a single-point battery watering system that's designed for use with the JetPorter JP125S & Eagle eJP-10 electric towbarless tugs. The system works by replacing the battery's existing vent caps with valves that are interconnected with tubing, allowing you to fill all cells of the battery from a single location. Each valve independently shuts off water flow to the cell when the proper electrolyte level is reached, allowing the batteries to be filled perfectly every time without having to look at the batteries. This provides you with the benefit of cost savings, safety, and extended battery life and performance.
Preventative Maintenance – Watering Batteries in the JetPorter Models
- Water the batteries immediately and only after the EQUALIZATION charge.
- Do not overfill the cells.
- Monitor the flow meter on the water handle and stop the water when the balls stop spinning.

My unit is very new and I see no issues with these batteries at this time. I don't expect to have any problems especially with the included watering system.

This takes the effort out of servicing the batteries. All parts and connectors were included. Easy to use and well worth the add on price.
