The Tronair 01-0549-0000 Towbar Head Attachment is designed for use with Tronair's multi-head aircraft towbars (models 01-1201-0010, 01-1202-0000, 01-1215-0000, 01-1216-0000, and 01-1290-0100) for towing select Dassault Falcon aircraft and the Nihon YS-11 aircraft.
Radial shear protection protects the nose gear from excessive loads while turning. The head is made to break the shear pin if a safe turning load is exceeded, while the head stays secured to the towbar.
The towbar head attachment uses machined tow hooks to interface with the aircraft tow point.
