Pilot John provided excellent delivery performance for qty 2 each PN: HT-7MR and qty 2 sets of PN: BDW-206JR. The order, quoted with a 7–10 day lead time, was delivered two weeks early, demonstrating strong responsiveness. Although one BDW-206JR set was initially shipped incorrectly with two Right Hand Ground Handling Wheels, Pilot John quickly resolved the issue by providing the correct replacement set within just a couple of days. Overall, their prompt delivery and quick corrective action reflect reliable service and strong customer support.
