Nonflammable and nontoxic, this high-performance aviation lubricating oil is chemically inert to virtually all chemicals and safe to use in direct contact with oxidants such as LOX/GOX and chlorine.
Brayco 1727 Plus High-Viscosity Oil is intended for use as a gear, pump, and lubricating oil where direct or indirect contact with aggressive chemicals, oxidants, and low temperatures is routine. It can also be used as a vacuum pump oil in operations requiring vapor pressures as low as 10-4 torr.
Additionally, Brayco 1727 Plus helps protect against corrosion in iron, copper, and other metals. As a perfluorinated fluid, it exhibits an excellent shelf life due to its intrinsic inertness.
