Malabar 8899 – 95-Ton Axle Jack

The Malabar 8899 is a 95-Ton (190,000 lb) hydraulic aircraft axle jack engineered to lift and support one wheel/tire assembly of an aircraft at the axle during maintenance, tire changes, and landing gear servicing. CE-marked for compliance with European aviation safety standards. OEM-specified for Boeing 737-BBJ, 737-BBJ2, 727-100 and others. Also approved for Airbus A300, A310 and others.

Safety Features

• Safety Lock Valve: Prevents the jack from lowering unintentionally during lifting operations. The jack must be manually released before descending.

• Filler Cap Seal: Easy-access filler/breather cap can be sealed to prevent hydraulic fluid spills during transport and storage.
