Installation Instructions

1. Twist to securely lock the IP100-EX installation pole into the bell mouth of the exhaust shield.
2. Hold the bell mouth and twist the pole to open the shield for installation.
3. Move directly beneath the aircraft’s exhaust port and place the base of the pole on the ground.
4. Extend the telescoping pole sections until the shield aligns with the exhaust outlet height.
5. Center the rubber feet on either side of the exhaust opening, then apply gentle upward pressure.
6. Twist the pole to fasten the shield securely to the engine’s exhaust surface.
7. Push, twist, and pull back to release the locking mechanism and detach the pole.
8. To remove, reverse the process: reattach the pole, unlock, withdraw the shield, collapse and stow.
