Assembly of the 01-1954-6000 Towbar Head Storage Rack requires standard hand tools, including a socket wrench with a 7/16” socket, a box-end wrench, and a Phillips screwdriver. The design allows for straightforward assembly with no specialized tools needed, making setup quick and efficient.

The main difference lies in capacity and caster configuration. The 01-1954-6000 model features a compact layout with four casters and holds six heads, while the 01-1954-6002 model has a longer frame with additional support casters and can store twelve towbar heads. Both models share the same durable stainless-steel construction.

Routine maintenance involves checking caster assemblies for smooth rolling and ensuring all bolts remain securely tightened. The stainless-steel surfaces should be cleaned regularly to prevent the buildup of debris or corrosion, particularly in humid or outdoor environments.
