The 07-3015-0900 is a fuel system leak test unit that is designed to provide a safe and efficient way to check the fuel lines in Sikorsky aircraft. In the process, fuel is cleaned. Kits are required for the Sikorsky S92.
Standard Features
- Filters particles up to 1/2 micron
- Air operated motors drive pumps
- Air operated to eliminate spark hazard
- 10 cfm (4.7 lps) @ 50 psi (33 bar) shop air required
- Air inlet control valve, regulator and lubricator
- 2 static discharge reels - 20 ft (6 m) and 50 ft (15 m) long
- 50 psi (33 bar) maximum operating pressure
- 50 psi (33 bar) safety valve
- 98% particle removal
- 3 flow settings - .5 - 1 gmp (1.9 - 3.8 lpm), .5 - 5 gpm (1.9 - 18.9 lpm), 1 - 15 gpm (3.8 - 56.8 lpm)
- 40 ft (12.2 m) #16 discharge hose with shut-off valve
- 20 ft (6.1 m) #16 suction hose with shut-off valve
- Welded steel cart with tool tray and 14 in (35.6 cm) wheels
- Finish: Durable Powder Coat Tronair Blue
